Health outlays continue to rise
ABJ Sep 9 - Healthcare overhaul enacted last spring will not significantly change national health spending over the next decade, compared with projections before the legislation was passed, according to released government figures.

Meanwhile, American insurance corporations have proposed rate increases ranging from one per cent to nine per cent nationwide, attributed to new health law coverage mandates.
